Loudly collects zero personal data. We have no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no way to see your information.

Introduction

Loudly ("the App") is developed by Pragmatiq ("we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy seriously — so seriously that we designed Loudly to have no ability to collect your data in the first place. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App accesses, how it's stored, and what we don't do.

Microphone Access

Loudly requires access to your device's microphone to measure ambient sound levels in decibels. This audio data is:

We never record your conversations, surroundings, or any audio content. The microphone is used exclusively for sound level measurement.

Measurement History

Loudly stores your measurement history (decibel readings, timestamps, and noise level categories) locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data exists solely on your device. We never see it, collect it, or transmit it to any server. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed.

No Third-Party Services

Loudly contains zero third-party SDKs, frameworks, or services. We do not integrate with:

No Analytics or Tracking

We do not track your usage of the App. We do not know how often you open Loudly, how many measurements you take, what features you use, or anything else about your behavior. We have no analytics dashboard because there is nothing to analyze.

No Advertising

Loudly contains no advertisements and never will. We do not collect any data for advertising purposes, and we do not share any information with advertisers.

Children's Privacy

Loudly does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no data, there is no risk of unauthorized collection of children's information.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Since we collect no data, we do not anticipate material changes to this policy.
